In retrospect, trading [50]INT for [20]LOOKS was not wise at all. She should respec her char immediately.

I think I just lowered my own IQ by watching that. I have to stop now.

I saw this video the other night. I'm still trying to bring my IQ up from it.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.

That quote is perfect.
I like the "Light travels faster than sound, which is why someone can seem smart until they open their mouth."

Another variant: Silence is wisdom when speaking is folly.
Those among us that are intellectually challenged could be considerably more successful in life if their vocal chords were used less. Let's face it: if either of us were "up in the club" and slid up to this beautiful (definitions vary) woman to hit on her, we would like her more if she spoke less. If she didn't start chatting us up about the meaning of life. If she didn't start speaking about the "debate" on whether dogs had brains or not.
I don't mind being around simple-minded people. I do mind being around simple-minded people that constantly say dumb things.

I love being around the simple minded. It makes me both look better, and feel better. As bad as that sounds.
I am also well known in my circle of friends as being quick of wit and on my toes with insults and what not. Its fun to stun someone with an insult as they just sit there staring at me completely and utterly baffled at what to say.

While I do agree that it is quite entertaining to be the smartest person in the group, it can also be mentally taxing. Quick wit is an admirable trait (I have it to, so hell yeah it's admirable). I just hate it when the sudden humorous jab is lost on an audience who doesn't appreciate it.
We should hang out with some dumbasses together and laugh at each other's barbs.

That would be perfect haha.
I have a few smart friends with me ususally who pick up on what I say.
In highschool I used to rib the dumbasses in class and had one teacher and all the "honors" students dying while all the dim ones just stood there wondering what was happening.
I don't see it as mentally taxing, its the excersise my brain gets actually. Sometimes I actually do something nice and teach them how to do something, or how something works. There are some people I refuse to hang around since all they do is act smart and make themselves look foolish in doing so.
One kid was trying to explain to me how engines worked.....I bit my tongue and walked away.

Love the accent. Makes the mocking even funnier. I'd love to walk around making fun of people with him, just to hear it.
